For the month of December, we will be having a toy drive. We will be collecting toys for children between the ages for 2-12 and clothes for teenagers from the ages of 13-17. The items we collect will go to The Ruth Fernandez Residence. This is a family shelter in the Bronx. Our goal is to collect toys no later than Thursday, December 18. We want to drop these items at the shelter Saturday morning 12/20/2014.
Here are some ideas of what type of toys to purchase. They welcome all types of toys
- Any kind of games, non-violent theme
- dolls
- kitchen sets
- musical instruments
- electronic cars
- scooters
